By building upon the Food Marketing Policy Center's strengths, the Center will continue its research in:

  • Competition policies and regulatory issues
  • Industrial concentration
  • Contemporary food marketing policy problems

New areas for the Center include the economics and policy of food and health, particularly the obesity epidemic and new econometrics methods to advance policy analysis.
